Capitalism defeats all

In Russia, Capitalism defeated Communism.
In America, Capitalism defeated Democracy.

Capitalism disguised as Socialism and Secularism has almost defeated India.
~ Gurvinder Singh

Throughout history a small minority of individuals usually 5%  of the population have always dominated and controlled the majority 95%. They did this by legislating special privileges for themselves, monopoly of all key resources and having a strong militia to impose their will by violence and fear of force.

The key resources, including property, natural resources, precious metals, cash, and stocks are all defined as 'Capital'. Those who own or control this capital are called 'Capitalists'.

Capitalists come in all colours and types, but their only purpose of existence is to protect and enhance the value of their capital and resulting influence.

Some become capitalists by earning it, some by inheriting it, many become capitalists by being corrupt or simply by stealing it.

Capitalists by necessity control and usually even occupy the top political, bureaucratic, economic, social, religious and judicial positions of every society.
No matter what label they brandish they are usually all capitalists under the skin.

Even in communist China, the 80 members of the Politburo are officially worth $87 billion. Making a mockery of their communist claims of equality and all that other nonsense.  In Arab countries, the ruling family are the Muslim Capitalists, who have control of 95% of the country's capital. They use Islam to dominate and control the masses depriving them of their legitimate say and rights.

Even in India the capitalist are disguised as 'servants of the people' use various social and secular promotion programs to siphon off money and other capital items. It is estimated that approximately US$ 1.8 trillion dollars is stashed overseas by these robbers.

Capitalism is the top down management of society, where the people are mostly helpless puppets. All ism's,  Socialism, Marxism, Communism, Fascism, Nationalism are are just meaningless labels for philosophies and techniques that ensure survival and growth of capitalists.

Consider that priests, clerics, bureaucrats, civil servants, politicians, law enforcement officials, some businessmen and even many judges and their children soon become extremely wealthy, soon after assuming office or their respective positions.

The financiers, the funds and the banks now own most of the property, stocks etc in the world.

Inequality can never be eliminated. Nowhere in existence can one find two equal beings or things. However those at the bottom must be able to afford food, a roof, and clothing, to live with dignity in a safe and secure environment. Masculine societies can never provide this, only a feminine natured society can achieve this.

The more masculine a society and belief system, as is the Western model of capitalism, the greater the inequality. In the quest for greater earnings, the financiers and capitalists are now in a feeding frenzy. It is quite possible that in the not too distant future there will be a gigantic crisis,  likely to cause great upheavals,  and when that happens capitalism as we know it might cease to exist.

The more feminine the nature of a society or belief system as is the Eastern model of capitalism, the greater is the potential for harmony and equality. These are the natural and essential ingredients of secularism and democracy, the best answers for a more equal and happy world.

Of all the regions the traditional Indian civilisation with its culture and belief system offers the nest possibilities for a more prosperous and dignified world.

This can once again become India's gift to the world.

The neck of the bottle is always at the top.

F requently requested to assist organisations large and small, I observe a common and recurring theme.  The issues revolve around the struggle of owners /managers to manage effectively. This is visible predominantly in companies that have started small and are growing, in family run businesses and families themselves. They are invariably puzzled that management approach, style and methods which worked so well in the past, now just don't work anymore. They resort to even more hard work and effort, yet the situation only worsens. Finding themselves in unfamiliar situations they dart here and there implementing fads, half hearted strategies alien to their thinking and character. They do this because they are getting frustrated and doing something is considered better than doing nothing. They change staff and managers. They churn product mix, vendors and even customers and markets. They try so many things but nothing seems to work. They chang...

You have to play the game to win it.

In life its not sufficient to be merely efficient but to also be effective. Someone once asked my father Man Singh ji, 'What is the secret of your success?'  He remarked, "I do not always make right decisions. I make decisions, and then almost always make them right" Read more ..........

The boss is always right

It was in 1502 that the egoistic mayor of Florence (Italy) Piero Soderini was under great pressure. He had appointed a novice to work on a giant piece of beautiful marble to make a sculpture under his guidance. Typical of many bosses Soderini had overestimated his own capabilities and by drilling a big hole in the middle of the block of marble Soderini and the novice had ruined it. Soderini had to find a solution, and  finally commissioned Michelangelo to do a sculpture . Michelangelo agreed and using the available shape decided to sculpt a young David with a sling in his hand. A few weeks later as the statue was finished, Soderini came to see the sculpture for himself. Soderini was pleased with what he saw. However like many patrons and bosses Soderini had to impose his ideas and have the last word. Soderini instructed Michelangelo to change the shape of the nose because it was too big. Michelangelo grasped the situation immediately realising th...
