  Generally speaking here are three types of individuals, organisations and countries. Those, who make things happen. Those, who watch things happen and Those, who wonder what happened. Intellectual integrity:  T o conceptualise, study, analyse, formulate strategy, tactics and draw up plans on what, where, why, when, where, who and how of matters.
